We are looking for a Service Technician Field Service who will ensure that our smart alarm systems, cameras (both indoor and outdoor) and other components are properly installed and maintained at our customers' locations. Are you the customer-friendly and technically skilled person we are looking for in this role?

This is what you will do:

As a Service Technician Field Service, you will be on the road in your own region every day to provide our customers with the service they deserve. This may include installing our systems, performing quality checks, and making visits to our customers during malfunctions as well as for preventive maintenance. As a Service Technician, you are our business card with the customer, providing service and also thinking about commercial opportunities.

• You have an affinity for technology;
• You have a minimum MBO work and thinking level;
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch language;
• You are service-oriented and customer-friendliness is number one for you;
• You have a driver’s license B;
• Providing a VOG and VVB is no problem.

Via Verisure, you will obtain the ABV (Advisor in Security) certificate. Have you already obtained the Advisor in Security or Security Installation Technician certificate? Then you can start with us directly as a Specialized Field Service Technician (with corresponding salary).

You will start with us with a training of about 3 weeks and will receive support from our specialized Technical team.
