Security Services Sales Representative

Achieve the sales objectives set by the company, carrying out the field sales model suggested by the Sales Department. The methodology includes the entire process of: Sales, Installation, and delivery of documents for the Invoicing of our home and business security services.

Advise potential clients, based on security studies suggested by the company for homes and businesses, that satisfy their needs.

Conduct field prospecting through the cold calling methodology.

Arrange appointments with heads of homes and businesses to present our security services, providing all viable solutions for the protection of their property and/or families.

Provide economic proposals to potential clients, following the indications of the Finance Department.

Introduce the security benefits under the service provision contract.

Attend the appointments scheduled by the Marketing team to present our security proposal to homes and businesses.

Install our equipment in homes and businesses following the technical area regulations.

Undergo the constant training that allows staying updated on topics related to our business.

Perform maintenance on the installed systems, following the operations department regulations.

Provide post-sales advice to our clients in terms of benefit programs, pending payments, training, and doubts about the system, among others.

Safeguard and optimize the resources assigned by the company for the execution of the agreed functions, such as: Phone, demo, uniforms, vehicles, installer kit, among others.

Follow the guidelines and directions of your immediate boss.

Desirable to have a university or technical career of at least 2 years of duration completed.

If currently studying, must have 1 year of experience in similar functions.

If no studies or incomplete, must have 3 years of experience in similar functions.

Careers: Administration, Communications, among others.

Minimum 1 year in similar positions.

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
