As a Quality Trainer, reporting directly to the Supervisor Quality Assurance, you will have the objective of supporting, developing, and training the Telesales agents with the aim of achieving individual and team sales objectives.

What you will do:

• Training and development in live training of collaborators to achieve personal, team, and quality and quantitative standards;
• Creation of educational content and materials adapted to the different needs of agents;
• Definition of daily and periodic action plans to achieve objectives;
• Delivery of classroom training;
• Contribute to the identification of areas for improvement in the processes of the area of expertise

What we need:

• Diploma or Degree
• Experience in similar roles;
• Good knowledge of the Office package, in particular Power Point;
• Excellent knowledge of the main communication and sales techniques over the phone;
• Excellent knowledge of the main training techniques and tools adopted by organizations;
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to create an interactive and stimulating learning environment;
• Active listening, empathy, and ability to provide constructive and motivating feedback

Work schedule: full time, 40h on shifts from 7:00 to 22:00 (Mon-Sun)
