We're looking for a driven and structured Product Owner to join the DIY services team at Verisure Innovation's modern downtown MalmΓΆ office.
The DIY services team β seven people strong, spanning developers, a tester, and an architect β builds backend solutions focused on monitoring battery health and triggering device/battery replacement. It's meaningful, technically interesting work at the intersection of lifecycle management and smart home security.
As Product Owner, you'll be the bridge between strategy/planning and execution: translating business goals into clear priorities, keeping the team focused and unblocked, and representing the team to stakeholders across the organisation. You'll work closely with developers, architects, project managers, and both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the team delivers with clarity, focus, and momentum.
You'll operate without formal people management responsibility, but you'll be expected to lead β through trust, communication, and the ability to bring people together around shared goals. We're looking for someone with strong people skills who can inspire, create engagement, handle different personalities, and navigate complex situations with composure.
This role is genuinely hybrid in nature: part product ownership, part hands-on contributor. We want someone who doesn't just oversee delivery from the sidelines β but who can roll up their sleeves and get involved in the actual work when it matters.
You are structured, pragmatic, and delivery-focused, with a natural ability to create clarity in complex environments. You make decisions confidently, balance priorities, and challenge assumptions constructively β while still being collaborative and approachable. Complex environments don't overwhelm you; you thrive in them.
You enjoy working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and you're energised by environments where teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement are valued.
You're also someone who gets satisfaction from shipping things β not just organising the work, but being part of delivering it. Whether that means writing a test, picking up a bug fix, or helping the team push a feature over the line, you see hands-on contribution as a natural extension of good product ownership, not a distraction from it.
