The Nordic Marketing Director is a newly created, high-impact role reporting directly to the General Manager Nordics & Sweden, working closely with the Nordic Leadership Team, country Marketing Directors, Managing Directors and Communications Directors – as well as other senior stakeholders across the business. In a period of exciting growth and transformation, you'll shape our acquisition and brand strategy across the four Nordic countries, partnering with local marketing leads, our Group Brand Director, and Chief Marketing Officer. You will lead the development and implementation of our regional brand approach—supporting local marketing plans while growing and elevating the category.
You'll use data and dashboards to create transparency and drive actionable insights, ensuring our brand delivers measurable business impact. A key part of your role will be aligning how we bring the brand to life—defining strategy, channels, and messaging to drive demand and strengthen market presence.
