Field Service Planner (40 Uur) Amsterdam

As a Field Service Planner, you play a crucial role in coordinating and supporting our service technicians efficiently. You are driven and ensure flawless planning of our service technicians, taking into account various factors such as location, availability, qualifications, and personal interests. You are the link between our customers and technicians, and you contribute to a smooth operational workflow. As a Field Service Planner, you are the key to success. You know your technician team inside and out and know how to optimally utilize their strengths. Even when planning seems challenging, you are able to convince others to adjust tasks for the best execution. You are a master in communication and can seamlessly switch between the role of technician and internal client, applying the right prioritization.

Responsibilities:

• You distribute assignments among our service technicians using our own Verisure Appointment Planner, taking into account various factors. Then you create the daily schedule and communicate it to the technicians;
• You are a team player who thrives in a productive and quality-oriented environment;
• You understand the importance of both informal and purposeful communication;
• You are driven to achieve quick results but never lose sight of the bigger picture, even in logistical challenges;
• You are precise, proactive, and actively think about improving department processes.

This is what you bring:

• Minimum one year experience in a similar role;
• Excellent command of the Dutch language;
• MBO diploma (minimum level 3);
• Excellent planning skills and keep overview, even in hectic situations;
• Experience with Microsoft Office is required, knowledge of planning software is a plus.

• A good salary of up to €3,100 gross per month based on 40 hours per week, depending on knowledge and experience, supplemented with an interesting bonus;
