Role Mission
The Full CRM Analyst will be responsible for supporting the customer relationship strategy, working in conjunction with Communication, Marketing, Operations, and other partner areas. The main objective will be to contribute to a customer-centric journey, personalized and data-driven, promoting customer loyalty, engagement, and increasing the customer lifecycle.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the CRM strategy of the area, working in partnership with Communication, Marketing, and Operations to contribute to a personalized and data-driven customer-centric journey.
- Execute and support the relationship campaign plan, focusing on customer loyalty, engagement, and increasing the customer lifecycle.
- Develop and review multi-disciplinary briefings (design, content, channels), ensuring alignment between deliveries and business objectives.
- Build and improve communication rules, applying benchmarks and best practices to encourage the use of products/services and improve the customer experience.
- Perform performance analyses of communications and journeys (opening, clicks, conversion, customer behavior), proposing data-based adjustments.
- Support the mapping and segmentation of the customer base, contributing to personalized communication models throughout the journey, focusing on retention and loyalty.
- Document processes and learnings, ensuring consistency and continuous evolution of CRM initiatives.
- Collaborate with different areas of the company (UX, Marketing, Operations, CX) to ensure synergy in the execution of actions.
- Share relevant learnings and results with the team and stakeholders, strengthening the culture of continuous improvement.
What You Need To Have
- Complete higher education in Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- Previous experience in CRM, relationship campaigns, or data-driven marketing.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Analytical skills for interpreting data and performance metrics.
- Good communication, organization, and customer-centric vision.
- Knowledge of Power BI and SQL is considered a differential.
- Intermediate English or Spanish.
