Executive Sales / Account Manager

Verisure Securitas Direct is the European market leader in home and small business security, providing exceptional service to over 3 million customers with a team of more than 17,000 employees, present in 17 countries in Europe and Latin America.

We are looking for an Executive Sales / Account Manager to join the Large Accounts team. This person will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities in the alarm security sector. They will act as a "hunter" profile, focused on acquiring new B2B clients, applying consultative, technical, digital, social selling, and bidding processes.

The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, from cold prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and acquiring large accounts
    • Identify and generate new opportunities through cold prospecting (calls, in-person visits, and digital actions).
    • Use digital tools and social networks (social selling) to establish relationships with potential clients.
    • Build and manage a solid sales pipeline to maximize opportunities.
  • Consultative, transactional, and technical sales
    • Detect the needs of each client and propose tailored security solutions.
    • Manage quick and efficient sales without losing service quality.
    • Present personalized technical solutions, aligned with company standards.
  • Bid processes
    • Participate in public and private bidding processes, managing all phases: search, preparation, and presentation of offers.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and technical requirements.
  • Digital sales and social selling
    • Design digital sales strategies using platforms like LinkedIn.
    • Generate valuable content on professional networks to attract and nurture leads.
  • Use of CRM and digital tools
    • Manage the sales cycle through CRM, ensuring an updated pipeline.
    • Manage client information in a structured and efficient manner.
  • Analysis and reporting
    • Prepare periodic sales results reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
    • Present clear reports in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Internal collaboration
    • Work closely with technical support, operations, and logistics departments.
    • Act as a point of reference within the team, ensuring coordination and excellence in service.
  • Customer loyalty and development
    • Perform post-sales follow-up to ensure satisfaction and detect upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B corporate sales, preferably in security, technology, or monitored alarms.
  • Proven experience in cold prospecting (telephonic, in-person, and digital).
  • Advanced handling of CRM and customer tracking tools.
  • Intermediate level in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Desirable: knowledge in BI and experience in bidding.
  • Dynamic, proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented profile.
  • Leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
