Qualifications

Must-have:

  • Proven experience in an inbound call center or customer service environment
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, professional phone manner
  • High service orientation and a strong sense of ownership
  • Structured working style, even when handling changing topics

Nice to have:

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Experience or exposure to insurance or financial services
