Account Support Specialist

As an Account Support Specialist at Whitespace, you'll play a key role in helping our Account Management team deliver exceptional service to clients and shape the future of digital insurance. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, purpose-driven team and gain exposure to the forefront of insurance innovation.

You'll provide essential support across account activities - helping to ensure clients have a seamless experience with the platform. From managing complex client projects, to shaping reports and presentations that inform strategy, and with scope to bring your own innovation to the role, you'll be a trusted partner to the Account Managers who lead client relationships. While this role is primarily focused on internal support, it also presents a fantastic opportunity to learn about a platform that is moving the market forward and the client conversations driving that innovation – with lots of scope to develop yourself personally and professionally.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist, with the opportunity to lead, complex onboarding projects
  • Platform adoption and usage tracking to spot insights.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes to support client conversations.
  • Identify areas of inefficiency in the team and propose solutions.
  • Opportunity to join Account Managers in client conversations
  • Maintain accurate client data and documentation in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate internal follow-ups across Product, Support, and Commercial teams.
  • Monitor account activity and usage data to identify trends for internal review.
  • Help ensure smooth communication between teams and timely delivery of tasks.
  • Demonstrate the Whitespace platform's capability.
  • Stay curious about the insurance market, digital transformation trends and your own development.

Compliance & Professional Development

  • Complete all required compliance and product training.
  • Take ownership of your learning - developing deep knowledge of the Whitespace platform and the insurance ecosystem.
  • Demonstrate ethical, transparent, and customer-focused conduct at all times.

Experience Required

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools preferred.
  • Background in the specialty insurance market preferred.
