- The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of professional experience in software engineering, particularly in designing, building, and shipping software solutions.
- Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails or similar server-side technologies is essential for success in this role.

- A proven track record of managing high-volume data and optimizing large-scale systems is crucial for this position.
