Service Technician Opportunity

As a Service Technician, you are responsible for the customer-oriented technical support of the Hach device portfolio (commissioning, inspections, maintenance, and repairs). You make a difference for our customers. Your personal contact is crucial for great customer satisfaction and strong customer loyalty.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• You will support the Hach product portfolio for water and wastewater measurements from commissioning and customer training to maintenance and repair.
• You will work closely with the sales team and provide recommendations for the extension of our service contracts and replacement procurements.
• You will provide support for product improvement and installation support for test setups or customer orders.

The essential requirements for this position include:

• Electrical technical training or equivalent, alternatively, specialist for wastewater technology or specialist for defined activities,
• Willingness to travel up to 5 days per week, with about 2 to 4 overnight stays per month,
• Driver’s license Class B,
• Our customers are very important to us – you must therefore speak German at a high level.
