The role
Reporting to the Service Commercial leadership, the Service Contract Renewals Specialist is responsible for managing and renewing a high-volume portfolio of service contracts within the UK & Ireland territory. This role plays a critical part in driving on-time renewal performance, ensuring contract accuracy, and identifying contract expansion opportunities when customers add new equipment. The position sits within the Commercial Service organisation and balances structured administrative work with customer interaction in a B2B environment. Success in this role depends on organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complexity and volume while collaborating across multiple internal teams. This position is part of the Commercial Service Department, located in Manchester (Salford Quays), UK and is offered on a hybrid working model.
