Sales Support Specialist

Contractual Role

Provide support by preparing the Technical Offer with help of Oracle ERP once the parts are verified by Sales Manager.

Review PO copies as per the offer submitted by SBS.

Review terms and conditions as offered by SBS.

Review and administration of sales and service contracts.

Generating SOA with help of Oracle ERP.

Crosschecking with US team/Manager for Correct SOA with end-user.

Learn and apply sales and service policies and procedures, become familiar with the company's operations/engineering functions and communicate, liaise, internally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business.

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community and direct them to the appropriate resource.
