Reporting to the Service Director Latam, the Sales Services Manager is responsible for leading the growth of the service business, increasing recurring revenue through the sale and renewal of contracts, field services, equipment maintenance, and post-sales solutions. The objective is to expand penetration in the installed base, increase service attachment, strengthen client relationships, and ensure financial predictability through a solid pipeline and efficient management of the internal and external sales team.
In addition, the role involves integrating sales, operations, and technical support, ensuring excellence in the client experience and long-term equipment lifecycle loyalty.
This position is part of the sales team and follows a hybrid work model, based in the JundiaĂ, SP region.
In your daily tasks, you will:
Graduation in areas related to Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Engineering, Chemistry, or similar is desirable. MBA is a differential. English and Spanish are differential.
