Reporting to the Service Director Latam, the Sales Services Manager is responsible for leading the growth of the service business, increasing recurring revenue through the sale and renewal of contracts, field services, equipment maintenance, and post-sales solutions. The objective is to expand penetration in the installed base, increase service attachment, strengthen client relationships, and ensure financial predictability through a solid pipeline and efficient management of the internal and external sales team.

In addition, the role involves integrating sales, operations, and technical support, ensuring excellence in the client experience and long-term equipment lifecycle loyalty.

This position is part of the sales team and follows a hybrid work model, based in the JundiaĂ­, SP region.

In your daily tasks, you will:

  • Participate in the development of the strategic sales plan for services, including goals, forecast, and tactical action plan.
  • Manage the funnel of opportunities, ensuring predictability and sustainable growth. Identify expansion opportunities in the installed base (upsell and cross-sell).
  • Create strategies to increase the penetration of service contracts, renewal, and leasing (PaaS). Define commercial KPIs and track performance indicators.
  • Lead, train, and develop a team of service specialists, external and internal sales. Ensure high performance through coaching, visit follow-up, and goal management. Promote a customer-focused culture and consultative service.
  • Structure intelligent service offers primarily based on service contracts. Participate in the definition and adjustment of prices, margins, and contract models.
  • Evaluate the technical and commercial viability of new services and improvements.
  • Manage the entire service quotation process with various company areas, ensuring interaction of all involved areas for timely and quality delivery of respective quotations.
  • Work with service and engineering operations teams to ensure the delivery of sold services.
  • Collaborate to maintain quality and continuous improvement programs, following established quality management system norms and procedures, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing them while respecting company policies, safeguarding confidential equipment and information under your responsibility, and maintaining organization and updating regarding your work process.
  • Administer, guide, and respond to team activities and expectations, identifying their needs and acting as a facilitator in resource search to maintain the necessary motivation for business success; Act as a focal point for strategic clients and key accounts. Collaborate with Product Sales for integrated strategies (product + service).
  • Work with Marketing in creating campaigns, technical materials, and service positioning.
  • Elaborate and control the budget of the service sales area. Monitor contract profitability and gross margin of the portfolio. Propose actions for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality, and safety standards. Monitor sector trends, competition, and new service technologies. Identify growth potential segments and develop specific approaches. Manage performance indicators of the installed base (age, criticality, coverage). Monitor large projects until delivery and payment, ensuring client satisfaction.

Graduation in areas related to Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Engineering, Chemistry, or similar is desirable. MBA is a differential. English and Spanish are differential.
