We are looking for a Product Quality Engineer for our Product Quality Team in Berlin-Zehlendorf.

In this role, you will ensure that our products and processes meet the highest quality standards and meet the expectations of our customers. You will work closely with various departments and actively contribute to continuous improvement.

A typical day in this position will look like this:

  • Controlling daily activities in the area of Customer Defect Tracking & Resolution (CDT&R) and KPI reporting (e.g., customer complaints, scrap, first-pass-yield)
  • Implementing quality-related measures in the reliability system (design reviews, supplier management, Kaizen)
  • Promoting a customer-first quality culture through proactive action
  • Monitoring product performance with statistical methods (SPC, trend analyses)
  • Leading root-cause analyses (8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why)
  • Supporting production in analyzing deviations and deriving measures
  • Implementing improvement projects (CAPAs, SCARs, PSPs)
  • Conducting FMEA analyses for new products and process changes

Your profile:

  • Completed technical studies or comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality management, ideally in lean manufacturing
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Knowledge of quality tools (PPAP, SPC, FMEA, 8D, MSA)
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office
  • Communication skills, team capability, and independent working style
  • ISO-9001 knowledge is an advantage
