Inside Sales Representative- Service
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative- Service who will work with the Service sales team in Malaysia to achieve breakthrough growth with our existing/potential customers. This individual uses the tools and methods of Veralto Enterprise System (VES) to solve problems and implement process improvements to achieve key business objectives. Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.
What You'll Be Doing (Job Responsibilities)
- Responsible for managing the Service Reminder Program and driving revenue growth for the department by engaging customers through telecommunication, email and meetings to generate sales through quotations.
- Proactively engage with customers and provide timely, thoughtful responses to inquiries about our programs, products, and services.
- Generate and providing preliminary servicing quotation to clients.
- Execute and actively participate in marketing activities, including campaigns, promotions and other initiatives.
- Plan, execute, and analyze daily performance metrics, driving effective daily management and visual management processes for bookings and shipment receivables.
- Ensure timely order shipments to customers by collaborating with the finance and supply chain teams.
- Manage and oversee the sales funnel in SFDC for the assigned territory, ensuring optimal pipeline management.
- Oversee the collection of payments from customers.
What We Are Looking For (Skills & Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in field sales/inside sales roles.
- Chemistry/Instrumentation background would be an added advantage
- Above average written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and action oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in a process driven environment with experience in using CRM in a disciplined manner.
- Customer focused and strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment and able to effectively deal with difficult situations
