The Field Service Engineer is responsible for managing and performing the scheduled maintenances, repairs and commissioning, also for generating Leads to grow the business and for giving the best service experience to our customers. The position will be located in Portugal, and in cases of necessity, it can move to Spain for working purpose.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Look at your calendar for today’s and next day’s work orders
• Manage the material needed
• Drive to customer site
• Talk with the customer, be an active listener, perform the job and give feedback to the customer.
• Do the report, close the work order, relax and be ready for the next day!

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Availability to stay overnight at different locations all over the country, up to 7 nights per month
• Electronics knowledge
• Great communication skills and good level in English
• Valuable good level in Spanish
• Good communication and great team spirit skills
