Reporting to the West Director of Sales, the DSM is responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team of municipal and industrial front line sellers and inside sellers, driving performance accountability through use of performance management tools to ensure top talent is deployed to maximize customer facing activities and managing and measuring performance using KPIs and institute countermeasures where appropriate, to achieve goals, as well as develop performance improvement plans.
This position is part of the Commercial Sales Team in North America and is remote.
The role may be based in Kansas, Oklahoma, Western Missouri, Arkansas, Nebraska, Western Iowa, or Northern Texas. DSMs typically visit customers on the road Tue-Thur and the Division Sales Manager will travel as scheduling allows to support regional sales managers. Overall, the role requires approximately 75% travel within the territory alongside their sellers.

The compensation range for this role is $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
