The IT Client Services Technician position is responsible for providing fast and effective technical support for IT issues for employees at the Schörfling am Attersee location and other European locations. They handle telephone inquiries, tickets, emails, and personal support requests and support physical devices such as computers, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.

This position is part of the Aquafides team in Schörfling am Attersee and is carried out in a hybrid work model with at least 3 days on-site.

Typical Workday:

• First point of contact for technical inquiries on-site and remotely
• Error analysis and troubleshooting within agreed service times
• Setup, maintenance, and upgrade of computers and peripherals
• Documentation of inquiries and solutions in the ITSM tool (Jira)
• Support for network, server, and system failures
• Support of wired and wireless networks

Essential Requirements:

• Technical knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10/11)
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and network technologies
• Experience with SCCM and Active Directory
• Good German and English language skills in writing and speaking

The annual gross salary for this position starts at 58,000€. There is a willingness to pay more for appropriate experience and qualifications.
