Aftermarket Sales Specialist

Hach-TH Water Quality Platform, a part of the Hach Company, is a leader in manufacturing and distributing analytical instruments and reagents used to test water quality and other liquid solutions. In response to the rapidly expanding reagent in water test business in Thailand, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Water Quality Thailand Group.

Role Description

To sell or renew the company's products via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned territory, industry or accounts. May generate prospective customers through cold calling and may qualify and follow up with sales leads. Focus on lead qualification and lead prospecting. Sales can be made through multichannel, inbound and/or outbound sales activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies for consumable and equipment business and achieve high growth of incremental customers in Thailand by engaging telephonically.
  • Identify and discover new sales opportunities.
  • Contact customer to understand their needs/requirements and propose solutions accordingly.
  • Negotiating and achieving deadlines for the submission of quotations.
  • Define and suggest consumable / equipment selection new as well as replacement to customers on offers.
  • Communicating with customers to gain feedback on quotations.
  • Building relationships with customers and potential customers to understand their requirements.
  • Use SFDC for effective funnel generation management.
  • Maintain accurate and quality records of assign accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts and correspondence in SFDC system.
  • Identify business growth opportunities and use PSP to address growth gaps and action plan.
  • Implementing daily activities management / visual management rhythms for booking-funnel generation – connected dial.
  • Achieving relevant targets.
  • Other activities that may be assigned from times to times.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar field, preferably in water quality, analytical instruments, or related industries.
  • Excellent in Thai and good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese Mandarin (HSK 4–5) with able to clearly present analytical results and negotiation.
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical sales of items to customers (on-field or office-based job).
  • Preferred degree in engineering (Chemical, and allied streams) or degree in chemistry science.
