Senior Manager, Applications - Operations

The Senior Manager Operations Applications role is responsible for guiding the Operations and ERP systems platform and other applications in the operations functional areas technologically, strategically, and operationally, by bringing strong leadership to the enterprise. The Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of operations applications within the organization. This role will set and execute on a strategic vision and roadmap for the organization by collaborating with stakeholders and executive leadership. The role will act as a strategic thought partner and liaison between several cross functional teams. As a leader of the team, you have a direct impact on design, standards, security, and feature enhancements. This leader is responsible for selecting, developing, and retaining leading-edge talent, as well as ensuring the team has the skills and capabilities to meet business needs. The position will establish and drive delivery for all operations system capabilities in alignment with a multi-year Product Roadmap. You will work across functions – Order to Cash, Operations and SCM, Architecture, Data, Stakeholders – to develop strategic vision and adherence to overall IT strategy and vision. You will manage multiple delivery teams and ensure compliance with standards and policies. You will stay ahead of changing technologies and demonstrate experience with clean interfaces and successful user journeys.

• Salary Base Range of $155,734.00 - $206,853.15*

*The "base salary range" provided above is a good faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this position in the specified markets. Ventura Foods reserves the right to pay outside of the given range based on a variety of factors including but not limited to: candidate skills and experience, complexity of the job, budgetary factors, and location/geography.
