✨ About The Role
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging technical expertise to guide them through the implementation and optimization of the Procurement SaaS platform
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and deploy solutions tailored to their needs
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing ongoing support
- Liaise between customer-facing teams to ensure alignment and support cross-functional enablement
- Create and maintain scalable self-serve resources outlining best practices and common use cases for customer integration with the Vendr platform
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced in technical consulting roles, particularly within the SaaS or FinTech industries, with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in reading API documentation and working with REST or GraphQL APIs and webhooks
- Skilled in building custom integrations and proof of concepts using iPaaS/Automation platforms like Zapier, Workato, Tray.io, or Mulesoft
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Contract Lifecycle Management tools is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive, and customer-centric approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
