Then you might be our new service technician for the maintenance team at our production introduction factory in Ostbirk.

Meet your new team

You will become part of a strong team of about 20 engaged colleagues with various professional backgrounds – including automation technicians, electricians, blacksmiths, and machine operators. Together we ensure stable operation, continuous optimization of the plant, and effective preventive maintenance. We work independently but succeed as a team.

Your tasks and challenges

As a service technician, you will be a central part of the operation and development of our production equipment. You work closely with the latest technology and have an important role in ensuring stable processes, high availability, and continuous optimizations in production.

Your tasks will include:

• ensuring stable operation and quick support on automated production plants
• troubleshooting and solving technical challenges in pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanics, and tools
• working on preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and strengthen operational reliability
• actively contributing to improvements and optimizations of plants, processes, and equipment
• participating in technical projects and implementing new solutions in production
• performing manufacturing tasks such as welding, turning, and milling as needed

You will have a day with great variety, close collaboration across disciplines, and the opportunity to make your mark on both solutions and workflows.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a technically strong and solution-oriented team player who thrives on both independent work and close collaboration across disciplines.

You are curious by nature, take responsibility, and are motivated to improve existing solutions. At the same time, you work systematically and structured, even when the pace is high.

In addition, we imagine that you:

• have a technical education such as electrician, mechanic, industrial technician, or similar
• have experience with technical troubleshooting and a solid technical understanding
• work systematically and structured
• have knowledge of simple IT tools such as Excel as well as preferably Lean, TPM, and 5S
