What You Will Do

• You independently carry out regional repair and maintenance operations on our roof windows, advise our customers directly on site on technical questions and support with installations
• You make independent decisions on warranty inquiries and take responsibility for their implementation
• You independently plan your day and ensure that your service operations can be carried out efficiently and goal-oriented
• In addition to on-site operations, you also occasionally provide remote technical assistance and answer questions digitally
• After your operations, you record the most important information – digitally and straightforwardly
• You independently manage your own spare parts inventory and ensure smooth material availability and waste disposal

What You Bring To The Table

• You ideally have a completed vocational training in the trades (e.g. roofer, carpenter, plumber, joiner) – or you are a lateral entrant with pronounced craftsmanship
• You have a very good technical understanding and bring a real interest in technical connections
• You convince through your customer orientation, communication skills, and confident demeanor
• You are mobile in your region and have a driver’s license
• You work independently, think solution-oriented and like to contribute in a team
• You have a good understanding of digital tools and processes and work confidently and routinely with laptop and apps
