Senior Business Finance Analyst

We are currently looking for a Senior Business Finance Analyst to join our Global Finance organization. The chosen candidate will be responsible for financial analysis and providing hands-on support to planning and operational processes on divisional level.

If you have solid analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain environments, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally in an international setting, this role might be a good opportunity for you.

Depending on the location, the position may be based at one of our three production sites: Gniezno (Poland), Namysłów (Poland) or Fertőd (Hungary).

This is an international team spread across production operations in five countries and six factories. It consists of 15 experienced professionals organized into small, closely connected sub-teams. The structure allows for effective collaboration while maintaining clear focus areas within each group. Team members work in a culture built on trust, knowledge sharing, and partnership, enabling effective cross-country cooperation and consistent delivery across all locations.

What you will be doing:

Operational Finance Support & Business Analysis

  • Act as a finance analyst supporting divisional Operations & Supply and Finance teams through regular and ad hoc reports, analyses, and presentations.
  • Provide regional data and analytics by accessing relevant data, analyzing key trends, combining findings from multiple sources, drawing conclusions, and making business recommendations.
  • Prepare scenario analyses and sensitivity calculations to support decision-making by managers and finance leads.
  • Prepare business cases at the divisional / global level, and review and validate PCo business cases in line with Group methodologies.
  • In cooperation with the local finance teams, identify opportunities for cost optimization and prepare recommendations for decision-making.
  • Provide support to local Finance teams as needed.

Process Implementation & Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in divisional/ global Finance and cross-functional Operations & Supply projects, initiatives
  • Work for continuous optimization and development of divisional/global Finance processes, reports and recurring analysis through coordination and collaboration with divisional and global analyst functions.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing within the Finance community.

Your qualifications & experience

  • Master's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or FP&A roles in an international environment.
  • Practical experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain context is required.
  • Solid analytical skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets.
  • Practical experience working with reporting and BI tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI is required.
  • Advanced command of English in both written and oral form.
  • SAP / standard costing experience
  • Ability to participate in occasional business trips
