HR Support Specialist

We are seeking an HR Support Specialist to support HR service delivery across multiple countries within our global organisation. The role focuses on end-to-end HR operations, system support, and ensuring a seamless employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Execute HR operational activities across supported countries within the global service delivery model ('hire to retire').
  • Process organisational changes, role assignments, and basic reporting requests from the Workday reporting catalogue.
  • Manage incoming queries through the global ticketing system, ensuring SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and deliver global and regional tasks contributing to HR Support objectives worldwide.
  • Support system rollouts and Workday module enablement.
  • Advise HR and business stakeholders on the correct use of global reports and dashboards in Workday.
  • Collaborate with HR teams, subject matter experts, and Processes & Tools colleagues to operationalise new procedures.
  • Support Workday Learning set-ups and partner with global course owners.
  • Train new HR team members globally in Workday processes and global procedures.
  • Participate in testing activities for Workday releases and related HR systems.
  • Support local, regional, and global audits and ensure accurate process execution.
  • Assist with service improvements, special requests, and HR technology projects.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR support, or HR systems OR a relevant HR-related degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR process improvement or project coordination.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, ideally Workday.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with high accountability and proactiveness.
  • Comfortable working in virtual and cross-regional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and committed to deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration skills and an execution-focused mindset.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Reports directly to the HR Support Manager.
  • Works closely with the global HR Support team and supports colleagues during peak periods or absences as instructed.
