Are you passionate about working with people and building a great place to work? We are looking for a committed and people-focused HR Business Partner to join our Production Site in Gniezno. You'll be part of an experienced and supportive group of HR professionals and join our global HR organization – People & Organization (P&O).

What You'll Do

As an HR Business Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor and coach to our leaders and teams. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Align HR policies, tools, and initiatives with the organization's strategic objectives to help achieve them effectively
• Act as a reliable and trusted sparring partner for the supported functional area within the PCO
• Support managers in attracting talent with the right skills and mindset – ensuring the right people are in the right roles
• Develop, coach, and train employees while driving the talent development and succession planning agenda within the supported area
• Lead the competence and performance management process to ensure employees are motivated, perform at their best, and are assessed fairly
• Contribute to overall business performance by continuously improving employee satisfaction and engagement (Global Employee Survey – GES)
• Understand the impact of new ways of working and assess how they can be effectively implemented in the organization
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable HR initiatives
• Encourage open dialogue around change and actively support change leadership
• Understand the organization's mindset, work climate, and conflict dynamics to promote constructive social dialogue
• Proactively advise managers on changes and potential challenges related to labour relations
• Ensure that global HR processes, tools, and systems are implemented and used effectively
• Serve as a connector across business units
• Take part in regional and global HR projects

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR role (within a manufacturing or production environment)
• Experience in interpreting and applying labour law in a workplace setting
• A university degree in HR or a related field
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• The ability to coach, influence, and guide others effectively
• Experience working in a matrixed, international organization
• Strategic thinking and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• A collaborative and inclusive approach to teamwork
• Fluency in both Polish and English (spoken and written)
