We're expanding our Online Sales team and are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative with a strong sales mindset to support our web shops and marketplace customers in the Netherlands and Belgium.
What you'll do:
- Provide sales-focused customer service via phone, email, WhatsApp and chat for the Dutch and Belgian markets.
- Handle incoming sales leads, create tailored quotes, actively follow up and convert them into orders.
- Support customers after sales: deliveries, claims, returns, installation help, payment issues.
- Process orders and returns in our systems (including web shops and marketplaces like Bol.com).
- Identify commercial opportunities during customer contact and promote relevant products or solutions.
- Contribute to process improvements and a better customer experience.
- Participate in projects related to the role.
What you bring:
- Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written).
- Good level of English; knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus, but not a need.
- Experience in customer service, sales, telesales or account management is an advantage.
- Confident in using MS Office.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, commercial mindset.
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
- Flexible and adaptable, comfortable in a hybrid, international environment, sometimes supporting other teams or markets while managing written requests in multiple languages
