Key Account Manager - Travel (W/M/X)
Pioneer of online flash sales since 2001 and key player in European e-commerce, Veepee collaborates with over 7,000 brands to offer highly discounted products available for a limited time. Operating across various sectors, including fashion, home, wine, travel or beauty... Veepee achieved a turnover of 3.3 billion euros incl. VAT in 2024 and employs 5,000 staff members across 10 countries.
Responsibilities
- Source suppliers for our Spanish clients.
- Develop strong long-term partnerships with local key players in the travel industry (Tour Operators, Hotel Chains, Cruises and other partners) to have an exhaustive product mix.
- Be an ambassador of Veepee value proposal on your market in the travel industry.
- Grow the accounts and jointly work with your suppliers on the main levers of growth as demanded by our clients, making sure we have a clear roadmap with each of them.
- Ensure right communication with the different stakeholders, specially the B2C team specialized in the country, and the marketing and planning team of your country (analysis of levers of growth per campaign).
- Deliver profitable growth in the countries
Profile
- Over 2-3 years Sales experience within the travel industry.
- Knowledge of the country Travel Industry.
- Great network in the travel industry: tour operators, hotel chains, DMCs, Cruises, etc.
- Passion for business development
- Experience of working in a dynamic fast-paced e commerce environment.
- Experience in deal negotiations.
- Experience building long-term relationships with top brands.
- Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
- Nice to have: French.
- Analytical skills.
- Great communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit – you will develop the travel business from scratch!
