Your Tasks Will Include:

  • Leading a team of sales development representatives across the EMEA region, with a focus on Czech Republic and Slovakia
  • Coaching, guiding, and developing team members to exceed pipeline generation objectives
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to improve lead qualification and drive pipeline growth
  • Monitoring and assessing team performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Building productive relationships with internal stakeholders to promote cross-functional collaboration
  • Managing team performance against set quotas and ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Nurturing a positive and inclusive team environment reflecting Veeam's core values

What We Expect From You:

  • Having at least 5 years of experience in inside sales management or supervisory positions
  • Fluency in English and Czech or Slovak language
  • Demonstrating a consistent ability to build, coach, and lead sales teams to surpass targets
  • Showing experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a big advantage
  • Possessing a successful track record in driving both transactional and enterprise sales
  • Communicating effectively across all organizational levels and within a matrix structure
  • Displaying understanding of different sales methodologies and knowledge of virtualization technologies
