To support this bold vision, we are looking for a hands-on, strategic ServiceNow Tech Lead to help shape the future of our platform and capability at Vector. This is a key role in our Digital team, responsible for leading the technical roadmap, driving platform improvements, and building out our ServiceNow capability across ITSM and ITOM—particularly Discovery.
You'll work closely with internal teams and strategic partners to deliver continuous improvement, support lifecycle management, and influence the future of our service management and technology services.
