We're on the hunt for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist (CSR) with a knack for multitasking, a love for client interactions, and the ability to keep calm, cool, and collected even when the phones are ringing off the hook. What You'll Do:

• Be the friendly, professional first impression for our clients and their pets.
• Manage phones, schedules, and client communication like a pro.
• Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Guide clients through check-ins, payments, and product recommendations.
• Share your knowledge about pet care essentials (like flea & tick prevention or heartworm meds).
• Keep things organized — from medical records to keeping our hospital looking its best.
