What You'll Do: As a CSR at VCA Premier, you are often the first and last impression our clients have, so your role is essential. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering outstanding customer service at every touchpoint—greeting clients warmly, making them feel seen and supported, and ensuring seamless visits from check-in to checkout
• Answering phones with clarity and empathy, scheduling and confirming appointments
• Guiding clients through services and fees with transparency and confidence
• Processing payments, managing medical records, and correspondence accurately
• Educating pet owners on products, services, and basic pet care (e.g., prevention, nutrition, parasite control)
• Assisting with follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients with a proactive and caring approach

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (veterinary or medical preferred, but not required)
• A passion for helping people and pets
• Strong listening, communication, and decision-making skills
• A calm, composed demeanor in busy or emotionally charged moments
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new technology
• Flexibility to work weekends
