We are now seeking a Manager Re&Fm Service Management for our organization Real Estate and Facility Management!
Real Estate & Facility Management is a shared service organization responsible for Vattenfall Norden's leased and owned office buildings, as well as all services needed for the facilities and office environments to function well. This includes responsibility for rental contracts, external and internal service and maintenance of the properties, as well as office services ranging from security, reception, housekeeping, office supplies, coffee and fruit, postal handling, document archiving, exchange, furniture, and interior design.
As Manager Re&Fm Service Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end processes to ensure that deliveries and functions meet requirements and business needs within the organization. You will play an important role in understanding the overall need from various Business Areas (BA), Units (BU), and Staff Functions (SF) and will actively work on the development of services and functions.
You will report to the Director Re&Fm Nordic and lead a team of approximately five people representing Service Managers within the functions of Real Estate, Facility Management, Security, IT, and Quality, Environment & Safety. Service Management represents a governance that covers the entire delivery line within our matrix organization. There are good development opportunities for future career prospects within Vattenfall.
