We are currently seeking two Facility Management Supervisors within Hard Services for the northern and southern regions of our organization Real Estate and Facility Management!
Real Estate & Facility Management is a Shared Service organization responsible for Vattenfall Norden's leased and owned office buildings, as well as all services needed for the functioning of the properties and office environments. This includes responsibility for lease contracts, external and internal maintenance of properties, and office services ranging from security, reception, housekeeping, office supplies, coffee and fruit, mail handling, document archiving, exchange, furniture, and interior design.
As a Facility Management Supervisor for Hard Services, you will be responsible for the daily property and service operations within technical management and property care of our facilities and offices through active leadership. You will drive improvements for all establishments assigned to the properties and are responsible for the operation and follow-up of OPI/KPI and operational budget.

We are looking for someone who, using IT and experienced suppliers, and with a proactive working method, can manage our properties' technical systems to ensure a good and safe working environment for our employees in northern and southern Sweden and Denmark over time. You have relevant education and experience in technical management of properties at a level that allows you to not only manage the operation of our property systems but also contribute to their development.
The ability to create good personal and effective working relationships with our suppliers and colleagues is extremely important to manage properties in such a large geographical area. You must therefore be customer-oriented and good at communication.
