About the Role

We are now seeking two Facility Management Supervisors within Soft Services for the region north or central for our organization Real Estate and Facility Management!

Real Estate & Facility Management is a Shared Service organization that is responsible for Vattenfall Norden's leased and owned office buildings, as well as all services needed for the operation of the buildings and office environments. This includes responsibility for rental contracts, external and internal service and maintenance of the buildings, as well as office services that range from security, reception, housekeeping, office supplies, coffee and fruit, mail handling, document archiving, exchange, furniture, and interior design.

As a Facility Management Supervisor for Soft Services, you will be responsible for the daily management and service operations within activity services and cleaning of our facilities and offices through active leadership. You will drive improvements for all establishments for assigned properties and be responsible for the operation and follow-up of KPIs and operational budgets.

Your duties include:

• Managing and following up on operations with the help of facility management providers including case management and operational meetings.
• Addressing deficiencies in the delivery.
• Participate in and propose and evaluate operational improvements.
• Work towards consensus between providers and our organization.
• Actively work on well-being within the organization and in the relationship with our providers.
• Responsible for creating and following up on operational budgets for housekeeping and activity services.
• Invoice and case management in IT system.
• Coordination responsibility in our offices in Luleå and Umeå or Motala and Uppsala.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant education in Facility Management or equivalent experience in the delivery of Facility Management services.
• Several years of experience in a similar role in the operation of and service delivery to commercial properties.
• IT and system knowledge with practical experience of MS Office, invoice management systems, and case management systems within facility management or similar activity.
• Knowledge of occupational health legislation and experience of working with preventive measures for a safe working environment.
• Experience in managing, controlling, and following up on providers of housekeeping, office services, and property care.
• Driving license class B.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English.

It is advantageous if you also have:

• Education in and practical experience of working with INSTA800 housekeeping standards.
• Practical experience of working with continuous improvement of office and activity-supporting services in large workplaces.
• Experience of delivering activity-supporting services within the manufacturing or process industry.
• Experience as a coordination responsibility for the working environment.
• Experience as a safety representative.
• Experience in purchasing services.
• Education and practical experience as a project or assignment leader.
• Experience in a leading role.
• Professional experience in operational practical work within housekeeping, customer service, or hospitality.

We are looking for someone who, with the use of IT and providers and with a proactive working method, can deliver office services to ensure a good and safe working environment for our employees in northern or central Sweden over time. You have relevant education and experience in delivering office services at a level that, in addition to managing our current service delivery, you can also contribute to the development of these services.

Being able to create good personal and effective working relationships with our providers and colleagues is extremely important for managing service delivery in such a large geographical area. You are responsible for some work environment issues, conduct operational meetings with our providers, and hold house meetings with our tenants. You must therefore be service-oriented and good at communication and administration.
