We are now looking for two Facility Management Supervisors within Hard Services for the northern and southern regions of our organization Real Estate and Facility Management!
Real Estate & Facility Management is a Shared Service organization responsible for Vattenfall Norden’s leased and owned office buildings, as well as all services needed for the operation of the buildings and office environments. This includes responsibility for lease contracts, external and internal service and maintenance of the buildings, as well as office services that range from security, reception, housekeeping, office supplies, coffee and fruit, mail handling, document archiving, exchange, furniture, and interior design.
As a Facility Management Supervisor for Hard Services, you will be responsible for the daily management and service operations within technical management and property care of our facilities and offices through active leadership. You will drive improvements for all assigned facilities and are responsible for the operation and follow-up of KPIs and operational budgets.

We are looking for someone who, with the help of IT and experienced suppliers, and with a proactive working method, can manage the technical systems of our properties to ensure a good and safe working environment for our employees in northern and southern Sweden and Denmark over time. You have relevant education and experience in the technical management of properties at such a level that you can not only manage the operation of our property systems but also contribute to the development of these.
Being able to create good personal and effective working relationships with our suppliers and colleagues is extremely important to manage properties in such a large geographical area. You must therefore be service-oriented and good at communication.
