About The Role

We are looking for two Facility Management Supervisors within Soft Services for the region north and middle for our organization Real Estate and Facility Management!

Real Estate & Facility Management is a Shared Service organization responsible for Vattenfall Norden’s leased and owned office buildings, as well as all services needed for the facilities and office environments to function well. This includes responsibility for rental contracts, external and internal service and maintenance of the properties, as well as office services that range from security, reception, housekeeping, office supplies, coffee and fruit, mail handling, document archiving, exchange, furniture, and interior.

As a Facility Management Supervisor for Soft Services, you will be responsible for the daily property and service operations within activity services and cleaning of our facilities and offices through active leadership. You will drive improvements for all establishments for assigned properties and be responsible for the operation and follow-up of OPI/KPI and operational budget.

In your tasks, you will:

  • Manage and follow up the operations with the help of suppliers for facility management including case management and operational meetings.
  • Address deficiencies in the delivery.
  • Participate in and propose and evaluate operational improvements.
  • Work for consensus between suppliers and our organization.
  • Actively work on well-being within the organization and in the relationship with our suppliers.
  • Be responsible for creating and following up the operational budget for housekeeping and activity services.
  • Invoice and case management in the IT system.
  • Coordination responsibility for our offices in Luleå and Umeå or Motala and Uppsala.

Requirements

We are looking for you who have:

  • Relevant education in Facility Management or equivalent experience in delivering Facility Management services.
  • Several years of experience in a similar role in the operation of and service delivery to commercial properties.
  • IT and system knowledge with practical experience of MS Office, invoice management systems, and case management systems within facility management or similar activities.
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and experience of working with preventive measures for a safe working environment.
  • Experience in managing, steering, and following up suppliers of housekeeping, office services, and property care.
  • Driving license class B.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English.

It is advantageous if you also have:

  • Education in and practical experience of working with housekeeping standard INSTA800.
  • Practical experience of working with continuous improvement of office and activity-supporting services in large workplaces.
  • Experience of delivering activity-supporting services within manufacturing or process industry.
  • Experience as a coordination manager for the working environment.
  • Experience as a safety representative.
  • Experience of purchasing services.
  • Education and practical experience as a project or assignment leader.
  • Experience in a leading role.
  • Professional experience in operational practical work within housekeeping, customer service, or hospitality.

We are looking for you who, with the use of IT and suppliers and with a proactive working method, can deliver office services to ensure a good and safe working environment for our employees in northern and middle Sweden over time. You have relevant education and experience in delivering office services at such a level that you can not only manage our current service delivery but also contribute to the development of these services.

Being able to create good personal and effective working relationships with our suppliers and colleagues is extremely important to manage the service delivery in such a large geographical area. You are responsible for some working environment issues, conduct operational meetings with our suppliers, and hold house meetings with our tenants. You must therefore be service-oriented and good at communication and administration.
