Business Analyst / Sales Support – Alternance (Paris 2)

Vans France is looking for an intern to join the sales team for the wholesale network. (Preferred start date: September).

Business Support / Reporting (80%)

• Analysis of KPIs for large accounts (Pure Player + Physical Network)

• Implementation of action plans to optimize sales (restock proposal)

• Elaboration and reworking of customer matrices (Excel file)

• Tracking and compilation of product information (EAN codes, product descriptions, visuals, etc.)

• Tracking and analysis of key client sell outs

• Creation of a monthly newsletter on market information and trends

Support for the Organization of Sell In and JA Meetings (20%)

• Setup and organization of the showroom

• Management of samples (Reception + Return)

• Support for the organization of Intersport and Sport 2000 buying days (installation and setup at professional trade shows) / 4 times a year

What Are the Ideal Skills?

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel (+++), Outlook, and Power Point.

• Previous professional experience is appreciated

• Analytical and proactive mindset

• Organized, pragmatic, dynamic, team spirit

• Ability to manage remote projects, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines

• Ability to communicate orally and in writing (in French and English)

• Good product sensitivity
