Within GR&S, the Enterprise Security and Fraud (ES&F) sub-division is responsible for the global protection of Vanguard crew, property, data, and client assets. We are the trusted advisors that protect the pride of Vanguard with state-of-the-art security and fraud capabilities. Plans and implements new security technologies and major releases for the most critical enterprise-wide IT cloud platform projects. Manages the design, implementations, and deployment of cloud identity authentication and authorization systems to support and meet business needs. Ensures installations meet standards, and implements improvements and performance issue solutions.

Ensures reliable operation of cloud production. Aligns processes and methodology to diagnose and troubleshoot security issues for cloud computing systems with internal standards. Implements security technologies in infrastructure to improve its overall performance. Maintains comprehensive technical knowledge of software and infrastructure platforms.

Develops auditing methodologies and architecture to manage and protect data in cloud computing environments.

Trains and mentors junior staff on processes and technologies. Troubleshoots and resolves the most complex issues. Provides guidance and consultation as required. Maintains documentation for the department.

Collaborates with stakeholders across the business and provides subject matter expertise. Supports in identifying and addressing cyber security needs.

Develops and proposes internal practices for systems analysis, including system requirements analysis and definition, and logical design.

Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Uses next gen emerging technologies like machine learning and AI to drive adoption of authentication and authorization solutions at scale.

What it takes:

• Minimum of ten years related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience.
