Description of assignment: Are you the IT intern who loves making a difference every day? As an IT intern at our ICT Service Centre, you will be the first point of contact for colleagues around the world. From hardware to Windows, from applications to automation—you know how to solve it. Step into a challenging, dynamic environment, where no day is the same!
Department description: The IT department consists of 5 teams responsible for managing the IT infrastructure, executing IT projects, developing tools for engineering, managing and expanding the ERP systems, and providing process support for multidisciplinary projects with workflow tools.
The IT Service Centre is the first point of contact for end users of the IT infrastructure, providing support for approximately 10,000 workstations across various locations worldwide. It is a skilled IT Service Centre, responsible for first- and second-line incidents on the workstations. You receive the incidents, ask the right questions, and resolve them. More complex incidents are also handled here, or they are escalated to a specialist or resolution group if they cannot be resolved. You work in a team of 10 IT professionals (including interns/working students).
