What will you do?

You will support the HR Advisor in delivering local HR services and ensuring smooth HR operations. This includes administrative tasks, employee support, and involvement in improvement initiatives. You will be shuffling between our office in Lysaker and Gardermoen Airport, working on-site 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Administration:

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems.
  • Assist in preparing HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports.
  • Help ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Respond to employee queries and guide them on HR tools and processes.
  • Support with international mobility of Vanderlande employees within Europe.

Qualifications:

  • Eligibility for the NAV Arbeids praksis (Work Training) program.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • At least A2 level in Norwegian and fluency in English.
  • Willingness and ability to work on-site at both Lysaker and Gardermoen Airport.
