As the Manager, Document Services, you will lead the transformation of document and imaging services across the organization. This role goes beyond operational oversight to become a strategic enabler of digital innovation, process optimization, and employee experience. You will ensure services are not only reliable and efficient, but also future-ready - supporting internal stakeholders, enhancing member service, and driving enterprise-wide improvements.
This is a permanent, full-time role based at our Vancity head office. To support the team and business operations, this role will require you to work in-office 1 to 2 times a week.

What you'll earn:
The salary range for this role is $91,000 to $136,400. Base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
