As a Branch Business Account Manager (BBAM), you will deliver relationship-based financial advice to personal and business members through in-person, phone, and virtual interactions. You'll support a broad range of complex banking needs—including personal lending, residential mortgages, and business banking solutions—while proactively identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and grow member engagement across multiple lines of business. This role is well suited to a confident, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a high-touch service environment and is passionate about helping members achieve their financial goals. This is a Full-time, Permanent role based in Vancouver, BC and will report directly to the Branch Management Team.

This role offers a salary range of $41.36 per hour to $46.05 per hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
