We are looking for IT Sales Executive for our Bahrain Location with the following skill set:
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT staffing/services. 2. Client Acquisition: Prospect and acquire new clients needing IT professionals/staffing. 3. Solution Selling: Pitch tailored IT staffing solutions (contract, permanent, project-based). 4. Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with client decision-makers. 5. Needs Analysis: Understand client tech/business needs to propose fitting staffing solutions. 6. Sales Target Achievement: Meet defined revenue targets for IT staffing services. 7. Candidate Sourcing Collaboration: Work with recruitment teams for candidate delivery. 8. Proposal Preparation: Create proposals outlining service scope, benefits, commercial terms. 9. Client Communication: Regularly update clients on service delivery, address queries. 10. Market Insight: Stay updated on IT trends, skill demands, and competitor activity.
