Carglass® Belux is looking for a Head of Sales & Market Development who determines the commercial course in a mature market that is simultaneously in full evolution. You lead an experienced team in transition, maintain and increase the value of strategic B2B contracts, and open new market opportunities in segments where Carglass has growth potential. You lead the Belux sales team and maintain close contact with international key accounts and the Belron team.
The Role: Determine Commercial Course & Realize Growth Opportunities
- As Head of Sales & Market Development you are in the heart of the commercial strategy. You lead an experienced sales team (16 FTE), optimize the existing B2B portfolio (insurers, leasing, fleet, brokers) and develop new partnerships.
- You contribute to the 5-year plan of Carglass Belux and Belron, and are the point of contact for international key accounts, in close collaboration with the Belron team.
- You monitor and increase the value of the contracts.
- You guide a fantastic team with a lot of experience and young talent: you prepare the succession of the key account management, and at the same time build the "sales team of the future".
- You work closely with Marketing (pricing, media, digital, brand), Operations and Finance to anchor the commercial strategy in the organization.
- This is a role at the intersection of stability and innovation: you guarantee the continuity of a strong business and at the same time open new doors.
Your Profile: Atypical Sales Manager with Vision
- Experience: minimum 8 years in key account management and sales leadership, preferably in a relevant context such as insurance, leasing or other complex service sectors.
- Maturity: you like to lead sales teams, and can also think strategically in the long term (3-5 years) with an eye on strategic development and differentiation.
- Leadership style: honest, listening and strategically oriented. You enjoy incremental improvements and celebrating team successes, and stand firm in your shoes during negotiations.
- Strengths: data-driven forecasting and analytical, negotiating at C-level, tender and contract management, stakeholder management, CRM (Salesforce).

- Ambition: you combine a passion for sales with an interest in marketing, to grow into a broader commercial director role.
- Languages: fluent Dutch and French, good knowledge of English.
