Lead and develop loan servicing team, including training, performance management, staffing, and fostering continuous improvement.
Direct daily servicing operations for complex loan types (C&I, CRE, participations, syndications), covering booking, funding, payments, draw requests, payoffs, and account maintenance.
Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, internal policies, and controls; serve as liaison for audits and regulatory reviews.
Analyze workflows and implement process improvements or automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Act as primary liaison with lenders, relationship managers, participating banks, and borrowers to resolve complex, time-sensitive issues.
Oversee reporting and data integrity, including management, board, investor, and regulatory reports, tax forms, and collateral documentation. Support audits and quality control reviews.
