We are looking for YOU as Working Student Customer Service Contact (m/f/d) for our location in Friedrichsdorf.

These challenges await you:

  • Recognize and manage all demands for products from customers by driving Sales and operation plan and Master production Schedules
  • Upon receiving of the customer schedules (via EDI, webEDI or paper), ensure that the Customer requirements are integrated into the system
  • Identify & highlight large order variations between the schedules that were forecasted by the Customer
  • Follow the complete Supply Chain (procurement, production, and shipping)
  • Manage co-operation and logistics issues with logistics external platforms
  • Make sure from the complete customer demand (date & quantity), that this demand will be met
  • Ensure that the internal scheduling has been launched, taking into account the Customers' priorities
  • Alert sales in the event of a crisis (Customer or internal), to define priorities with the Customer & internally

You inspire us with that:

  • Enrolled in a degree program, ideally in Business Administration, Communications or a related field
  • Fluent in German and business-proficient in English
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (Excel)
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Service-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
