The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world!

Business France, the French agency for international business development, is in charge of all the administrative procedures of your assignment. Make sure you meet Business France's eligibility criteria to apply for a VIE.

The site of Bietigheim-Bissingen close to Suttgart in Germany is focused on visibility, developing and producing high level Wiper Systems for premium customers. Our department is looking for a VIE Quality Engineer, focused on Warranty cases for 12 months with the chance to extend to 24 months.

Your challenges?

• You will be responsible for the quality management of the company's products and services
• You will support supplier quality management activities within the plant
• You will create and maintain supplier data in SAP
• You will initiate supplier complaints (8D reports) as part of the QRQC process
• You will work closely with purchasing, production and R&D to guarantee supplier quality

• You have an Engineering and clear quality background/mindset
• You have a fluent level of English
• You have some basics knowledge of German
• Ideally, you have a first automotive experience/first customer contact experience
• You have availability to perform a proper root cause analysis
• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
• You are willing to learn and listen, You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
